How do you make each Item in a List Box appear in a different color?

I was just wondering if I can make each text item in a listbox appear in a different color.

I don't think you can in the regular listbox but if you use the multicolumn listbox, then you can. If you turn off horizontal scrollbar, horizontal lines, and column headers, you can make it look just like the listbox.
