How do i create new array combination from 2 same size array

My question is :

An Array A and B is same 2D size .

Now, i want to take row 1,ra1 from array A, and row 1, rb1 from array B, into new array , Array C. then continue to next row and so on. So it will be

2D array consist of

ra(n)

rb(n)

I using for loop function, as below, but what happen is, it become 3D array, not 2 D array. so ra2,rb2 placed as page, not below rb2.

 Any idea how could i finish this?

You are not making sense. There is no 3D array on your image. Why the long loop delay? Why a WHILE loop instead of a FOR loop.

Since you are autoindexing AND indexing, you only retaining the diagonal elements.
