How do I use Labview to write to a specific PC address?

I am trying to use Labview to read and write data from a PC address such as D000:0000H to control a memory mapped 429 card. Any ideas??

Have you tried the "In Port" and "Out Port" functions under Advnaced>>Port IO? These alow you to write to memory addresses. If you are using Windows NT or 2000 then you need to get updated files or something off of NI's site because the ones that ship with LV don't work with NT. I'm not sure on the details on this because I don't have NT.

Hope this helps...

In order to direct control the memory you need hwaccess.* set. If
you wisz I can mail it to you, but you can easily find it on
www.ni.com -> search -> parallel port or something like this.

I have HWacess and using the "Write Memory" VI, I can write to address D400H, but not D400:0000H,D400:0001H,D400:0002H etc. I am using a DOS progrom called Debug to verify what I have at each memory location and I am not able to change the value. Any more clues?
