Dear Sir or Madam,
Those of us who try to support you in the forums will need more information to be able to formulate an intelligent response.
What is the context of your problem?
Are you using LabVIEW, or Visual Basic, or CVI? What version?
What Network Analyzer are you using?
How are you trying to communicate?
Try to post as much detail as you can about your problem and background of the problem, as well as your end goal, and you will greatly increase your chances of someone posting back with information that will help you solve the problem.
Thanks!
~Nate

I created the S-parameter file.s1 and try to save this file from the PC to the Network Analyzer Internal Memory.
I use LabView 8.0 with GBIP communication, and the Network Analyzer Model is HP 8753ES

Have you downloaded the driver for your device from the National Instruments Instrument Driver Network at ni.com/idnet?
Hewlett-Packard / Agilent Technologies 8753ES
http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=1625
Plug and Play Instrument Driver Installation Instructions

The instrument driver should give you a set of VIs exposing device functionality in LabVIEW, and sometimes even includes a few examples.
Best Regards,
~Nate
