I was trying to do something different in Lotus but I think the solution is the same - ActiveX. Therefore, you may start with Domino Object for LotusScript and OLE and some newsgroups for Lotus. You can find lots of Visual Basic examples and all you have to do is follow the same sequence of methods and properties.
