1. Because floating point numbers cannot be exactly expressed in the binary representation of a computer, you cannot do equal comparisons.

4. You don't replace anything. You delete the wait and VISA Bytes function. You just wire a high number into the byte count of the VISA Read.
Double click the global you have. It will open the front panel. Drop a control onto it. Save. You've just created a new global.
