How do I get rid of the fuzzy focus box lines in labview 8.2?

All my multicolumn listboxes from labview 7.1 now have fuzzy dotted lines around column 0 of whichever row the user selects in labview 8.2.  How can I get rid of these fuzzy dotted lines so it operates the way it used to?

I would be glad to assist you in this issue, however, I'm not quite certain what you mean by "fuzzy dotted lines" around the row the user selects in LabVIEW 8.2. Would it be possible to post a jpeg image of it so I can better understand? Or, if you prefer, could you attach the VI itself?

Here is a multicolumn listbox in labview 7.1:

And here is the same listbox in labview 8.2

See the dotted gray rectangle around column 0?  It appears whe a user clicks anywhere in the row.  Can't I make that disappear somehow?

I was able to reproduce this dotted line issue in the first column of a multicolumn listbox when selected, and indeed this starts happening in LabVIEW 8.0. I have reported this to R&D with CAR ID 4ABHKHXX
