How do I fix nidevmon.exe-Application Error?

Hi, I have installed NI LabVIEW 8.6 Student Ed., as well as NI-DAQ on my Windows Vista Computer.  I first installed the LabVIEW and then the NI-DAQ and then was prompted to restart my computer.  When my computer booted up I was prompted with the error:

 

"Nidevmon.exe-Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022)."

 

Any assistance with this problem would be greatly appreciated!
