How do I disable the scroll bar in my execution view box on my TestStand operator interface screen GUI???

I don't want the operator to be able to scroll during execution of the called sequence.  I only want the scroll bar enabled when the sequence is paused or not running.

Does anyone know how to disable it and re-enable it?

My GUI is made in LabVIEW using the TestStand toolbox...

But it is not a LabVIEW control. The same ActiveX control is used for all the TestStand operator interfaces so you would be able to get more help at the dedicated board.
