All of the boards you mentioned are IMAGE acquisition boards (i.e.: frame grabbers). They will not perform Data input or output functions (except from the standpoint of images as data).
You will need a board that has analog input and output ports. You will also need a cable for the board and some kind of interface module (e.g.: screw terminal board). Contact your local National Instruments sales engineer. They will walk you through the process of specifying the proper hardware and software to fit your application.
Once you have that hardware there are numerous pre-written examples of signal generators and oscilloscopes that ship with the LabVIEW full development software.

You should probably have started a new thread instead of posting to one that's 3 years old but in any case, go to the help menu and select Find Examples. When the example finder is open, click the search tab. Enter oscilloscope as the keyword. Double click the keyword in the box below. You should see lot of examples. If you have a regular DAQ board and not an NI-Scope card, look at the examples called 1 Channel Simple Scope and 2 Channel Oscilloscope. Searching the examples is a pretty basic function. It seems you're brand new to LabVIEW. You should take a class or tutorial. You can find information at the LabVIEW Learning Center.
