is ist possible to set a hardware handshake in property notes?

If it is possibel how can i do it. I need it to send a RTS outpu signal.

You configure handsahking with the flow control input of the VISA Configure Serial Port function but if you want programtic control of RTS, you DO NOT want hardware hanshaking on. With hardware handshaking, the communication between the DTE and DCE controls the state of RTS.
