How can I modify the tag information in NI OPC Server in exe?

I read the PLC variables in NI OPC Server in the exe generated by LabVIEW, but sometimes I need to modify the tags in the OPC Server (such as the PLC address of a variable), and I need to re-import the .opf file in the OPC Server. Is there any way Can it be modified in exe? Or import other encryption methods into OPC Server?
