How can I log data from a pressure sensor matrix into LabVIEW ?

I have to log data from a pressure sensor pad into LabVIEW. Data are now transferred through a USB port and a Windows API. I can view the pressure sensors data thanks to the software added to the pad by the manufacturer.

There isn't nearly enough information in your post to give a half-way detailed answer. What is the name if the pressure sensor pad you are interfacing to? What does the API look like, just C calls or is there an ActiveX or dll available? Does the USB device emulate anything like say the "mouse pad" area on a laptop?
