How can I dynamically create a shared variable?

Hello every one, I want to know if is possible create a Shared Variables through code and not in the Project>Library>new var.  I made a SCADA application and I have all the names and configurations of the variables in a txt that I read in the application start-up, I make changes in the txt easily, but if a need add a new variable I need make a new compilation.

I work with Labview 2016 and DSC.

If you have the DSC Module there should be a palette under DSC Module > Engine Control > Variables and I/O Servers which has different functions to create, configure, and deploy shared variables programmatically.
