How I can use a dll in Pocket PC?

I have to use a dll from ACG: http://www.acg.de/synformation/servlet/PageServlet/corporate/RFIDProducts/Start?language=English&show=RFID_RfPcHandheldReader_Tools
This dll is for Pocket PC, and I have the *.lib of ACG. Also I have build a stub dll for win32 like in http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/517300B49212795986256DDD00623FEE?OpenDocument.
And when I want to build my application for PPC, Labview saids "GetStrigVal is a missing VI or C file". Some idea???

Did you got your missing GetStringVal file problem solved?

If yes please tell me how did you do it. I mean what did you do to solve it.

I am also getting the same problem when I am trying to build my application for PDA.
