Hourly Data storage in Excel

Hello,..

how can I capture values of NI USB-6009 in LabVIEW and hourly save in Excel?

I´ve tried to realize it with an example programm, which works with queues.

I´m looking forward to get some good answers.

I must admit that it's no good practice to use the DAQ-Assistants inside the loop. It would be better to use lowlevel VIs instead. Your idea to use a queue is very good and you can combine your idea with the elapsed time case selection (maybe with the producer/consumer design pattern).
