The device drivers for the communication devices you are talking about should be available from Hilscher.
If you are looking for a way to communicate from LabVIEW DSC with field devices that are connected to these fieldbus boards you should consider using an OPC server that's also available from Hilscher (please refer to the Hilscher product catalog: http://www.asys.ch/files/Hilsch_prod.pdf)
LabVIEW DSC has an OPC client interface so you can talk to any hardware that provides an OPC server.
