Higher CPU usage when running labview programme

Hello....

I have been made a labview programmed for single input single output orthogonal frequency divison multliplexing (SISO OFDM ) transmission with 4QAM, 16 QAM and 64QAM modulation type for both transmitter and receiver part  using the separate files of graphical progaramme.My version is Labview 2014 and OS is Windows 7 .When I’m running the programme with NI USRP devices for transmitter and receiver simultaneously, the cpu usage becomes higher approximately 100% during the simulation. This will make my output result are crashed and didn’t produce accurate result.The same situation occurs when I’m run the programme for transmitter and receiver separately.

Can anyone know the method to reduce the CPU usage??I'm looking for you suggestion.

I haven't subVI for detail watching your VI but maybe you should set Timing->wait (ms) into inner loop.
