Help for differential protection relay scheme

i'm being study differential protection relay in power supply system, but i haven't initial idea for about this, please help for advise the LabVIEW vi. or which component can form the protection relay.

Could you give us a bit more information on what you are trying to accomplish and what hardware you are using?

My purpose just programme simulation only, no hardware will be connected to LabVIEW.

I like to simulate current flowing condition, and I have done some little bit array function, but I don't know how to change the array / boolean flashing direction, size, boolean quantity...

Could you help me comment attached vi and captured block diagram.
