Help for a beginner creating a 2d image-processing suite in LabVIEW.

I am new to LabView and have been tasked to create an image processing suite (the image will be from a microscope). If anyone has any examples it would be a great help to get me started.

In LabVIEW there is a an image processing toolkit called IMAQ which can be very helpful for your task. However, an image processing suite for LabVIEW's native picture tools would be very nice.
