[Help CAR] Application Builder: Advanced Tab Help needs update

The Advanced Tab of the Applicaiton Builder looks like this on my LV 2015 64 bit installation:

The help page, meanwhile looks like what you can find here.

This has very little to do with the actual page, and in particular, doesn't explain what "Use fast file format" is for.
