Anybody know of a HTTP client that supports HTTP v3.0+ as our enterprise service group has locked down some webservices that we use to upload data to our database and are pushing back and giving me a legacy portal. 

 

I think my fallback is to write one in .net.  Any other ideas? 

 

Also NI when might we get some more modern web tools?
