Graph Reading?

Hello,
I am wondering and trying to know what's the meaning of those reading on the graph.. eg 2E+0, -4E-3..etc and for information, carrier and modulated signal why must i set the reading as 0 to 1,etc..how can i set the reading from which information provided in the exercise or books related?
because i am testing out an example of LabView exercise by a student. I need to know the purpose of using what kind of reading for my future exercise and explaination for my teacher and presentation.Thank You!

The E+0 or E-3 is something called scientific notation. This is something usually covered in math classes in primary or secondary schools. I have no idea what exercise or books you are refering to but for learning LabVIEW, you should spend some time going over the free tutorials available here.
