I'm currently evaluating the Twain driver from Graktek/Aliance Vision and would like to know who has worked with that driver.
What I need to know, is if you had success changing attributes of the scanner, like contrast, scale, resolution etc. I'm capable of scanning an image and import it into Labview, but can't change any attribute of the scanner. (I'm using their Demo vi to change attributes)
I tried 4 different scanners up to now without success.
I contacted Graftek who refered me to Aliance Vision. They told me it was possible that some scanners don't respond well to attribute changes, but I find that strange that 4 different models and brand of scanners don't work (with attributes).
Could this be something related to Windows ? (I'm running XP with administrative rights) and LV 7.1
Any suggestions?
