In the testpanel of NI-max we tried, but every time we are getting 10v, but the thing is if i remove the cable connection then voltage is vary in between 10 to -10v.

i have off the system power so initially i should get 0v but i didnt.

and i have connected multimeter with the pin 30 and 29 for ai3 in that i can read 0v but in control panel i see 10v every time here in attachmet i have attach that dia.

please guide me i am very confuce about this, i think i am missing some basic concept for that.

In my first answer, I asked you about the configuration and you did reply. You show you are programming a diff connection but you have an rse connection wired. Change the setting in the test panel.

ya it might be setting problem.

I have set In test panel RSE and it seems voltage at 0v which i want and if i set differential then its show 10v  si i got confused over there.

but In RSE its show 0v which i was expect.
