Get an error when open a TDMS file

When I open it with excel importer, the error information: TDS Exception in Initialize: Tds Error: TdsErrFileVersionTooNew(-2510). When I use TDMS file viewer VI in labview, get an error -2507, invalid group name and/or channel name.

I have worked for 3 days.

The data acquired by a cRIO device, then transferred to PC use USB.

Hi, 

Are you using LabVIEW to read this TDMS file? 

Have you utilized the examples in the Example Finder? Help>> Find Examples.. 

Issues like this usually stem from a corrupt TDMS file or one that's too big, does this sound like something that could be the case with your setup?
