Get Front Panel, Visible=False, bug on multipane

The method:
Get Front Panel Image
and
Get Front Panel Image Scaled

Only return the visible part even if 'Visible' is False when used on a multipane Front panel.

I was able to reproduce this error.  This was reported to R&D (# 4DCDNH68) for further investigation.
