Generation of Tooth Pattern Signal using FPGA

Hi

I want to configure Tooth Pattern signal  using FPGA module to simulate Engine Speed. I  have an engine crank with 35+1 teeth, which means one teeth different  from 36 teeth. Now I want to generate a  Pulse train  with one pulse different for every 36 pulses to represent the crank teeth. This  signal pattern should repeat  for every 36 pulses in a continuous pulse train
