Generating continous chirp signal

I need to generate chirp signal, continous in time. The standrad Signal Generation >> Chirp Pattern.vi generate chirp, but it is not continous, generates glitches.

I've found this nearly 10 years old thread. Uploaded library has Linear Sweep Single Tone.vi which nearly meets my needs. It has small error, because it is prepared to work for increasing frequency (detects end of increasing sweep only). I'll need to generate chip with periodically increasing and decreasing frequency.

Although I am a beginer in LV world (working on my first project), I think that I can bypass this problem but have a question, if there is any other, maybe built in option for generating continous chirp signal, because 10 years is a long time and maybe there is a more optimal solution ?

Hi SoulReaver!

Our Sound and Vibration toolkit features a SV Chirp Generation.vi, which is designed for this exact feature.

If you don't have this toolkit, you can download an evaluation version here.
