I'm new to labview so please bear with me.
My project is to control a robotic hand using labview.Right now my job is to send a digital signal to the daq card (NI-USB 6009) and output it to the analog side which is connected to the hand(servos). In other words, I need to control servos from labview.
I only have a rough idea of inputing the signals to the daq assistant. I'm using the oscilloscope to acquire the signals. I dont know whether am I doing it correctly and have no idea how to start. I've seen other similar posts but their kinda confusing so pls advice me on how to send digital signals in and so on in order to control the servos from labview.
My project is due next week...
Your help will be greatly appreciated

Hello chocopiano
I don't really understand what you are trying to do.
You cant aquire a digital output... You either send a digital output out or recive a digital input. Or do you meen that you whant to read a digital output that comes from another source than the USB-6009?
As I see it you want to trigger a analog output when reading a digital input, correct??
Either way you can use the DAQ-assistant. Just play around with it. It's more configuring than programming.
Please try to explain what you want to do step by step and I will try to give you a better answer!
