Generate Max Report Error

Hello,

I am trying to generate reports from a remote machine. The hope here is that I will be able to utilize something like this post to create bulk reports from all machines on request.

However, I am having an issue connecting to the remote machines at all. Even though I can see the machines I want to connect to in the target dropdown list, when trying to connect I am getting a generic "Unable to connect to the specified system error" 

I have confirmed that the remote system is online and available. I can access it using the port 3582 web page.

Any tips? Something possibly not installed/configured correctly on the remote machine?
