You are listed as a New Member to the LabVIEW Forum -- is it a good "guess" to think that you are new to LabVIEW itself?

You might have a serious problem, depending on a number of facts that you know but we do not.:

  1. How much experience/training/classes with LabVIEW do you have?
  2. Describe the computer (Operating System, including Version and whether 32-bit or 64-bit) you are using.
  3. What version of LabVIEW are you trying to load?  Include both "Version number" (e.g. LabVIEW 2024-Q3) and "level" (Base, Full, Professional, Community, etc.),   Are you installing 32-bit, 64-bit, or both?
  4. Describe (briefly) what components of LabVIEW (and what drivers) you tried to install.
  5. What did you do when you got an "installation failure"?
    • Did you try to remove the "failed" installation?
    • Describe (in detail) what you did.
    • Did you delete Files and Folders?  Describe as best you can.
    • Did you "edit the Registry" in any way?
  6. Do you have access to someone with LabVIEW experience who could install LabVIEW for you?

The "dangerous" step is #5.  Unfortunately (as I learned first-hand), LabVIEW installation is tricky to do "correctly" -- the temptation is "install too much, all at once" which can lead to "undo and try again", which can compromise the entire computer.

Once we have a better description of what you did, we can (probably) help you get LabVIEW installed.
