GPIB serial poll keithley 236

Hi guys, I'm trying to implement serial polling using the GPIB serial poll function to manage trigger sending to a Keithley 236. I can't find the status bytes to figure out how to check if it's finished reading before moving on to the next trigger. I can't find these things in the manual. Any suggestions?

I think the SRQ register (Bit 8 Reading Done or Bit 16 Ready for Trigger) is what you are looking for see page 3-24
