GPIB-32.DLL gets moved

I frequently have problems with GPIB communication on numerous computers.  When I run diagnostic software I get an error saying GPIB-32.DLL , and when I look in the appropriate folders it will  be there.  If I take a copy from the driver CD of the .DLL and paste it into the win-32 folder everything will work fine.....why would this file keep becoming corrupt?  I am quite confused by this, has anyone ever seen this occur?  It has happened on 3 separate computers now.

Just a thought: Do you also have the Agilent IO Libraries installed?

Hello,

As smercurio_fc mentioned, there are some known issues about using both the NI-VISA  and the Agilent IO Libraries 14.1 on the same machines.  You can look at this article for more information about this issue.

If you are not using the Agilent libraries, can you please give more information about the software and hardware you are using.
