Function of Error Query.vi?

Hello  as I have attached the zip-file which is the Norma D6000 device driver, so when I run the program, there always comes up the ERROR 1300, as you can see from the fig 111, it means VISA READ readout a 16, after the AND function I can get a 1 where Error 1300 locates.

And according to the fig 222 I attach this time , you can see, I guess that the execution error(16=2^4) is 1 so that we also get 1 after the AND, so why the execution error is 1? what does this error mean?

I also have a question: I saw some problems similar to mine, the instrument-specific problem , so I have to check the manual, but I haven't , where can I find it? the Norma D6000, it is not a very popular device

  After the AND ,we are comparing with "not equal to zero" function,if true,then we are passing the "1300 ,execution error" string...I dont know the meaning of error..Are you a new user of labview?

actually , my job is finding out why there is an ERROR 1300, it seems nobody knows why
