Function Pallet Inactive

Hello All,

 I am using LabVIEW 2016. But, I can't access the function pallet in LabView. It's showing inactive and I can't access any VIs from Function Pallet. I am attaching a screenshot herewith.

Can anyone help me what to do.

Click on the Block Diagram and retry.

The controls palette is for the front panel while the function palette is for the block diagram. Obviously, you cannot place functions on the front panel, so that's why its greyed out in your picture..
