Front panel scroll bars missing

Hi,

My scroll bars in the front panel are missing. I went to VI properties to edit the settings but the scroll bars are still not there.  Any other way to get it out ?

There are a lot of decorations and tab controls - maybe LabVIEW got confused? 😄

The way I solve it is very strange. All i did was "restore down" the window  and the scroll bars will appear.
