Front Panel Vertical/H​orizontal Scrollbars Limit

Hi,

      Is it possible to set limits/bounds for Front panel Vertical and Horizontal scrollbars?

I don't want the user to scroll beyond a certain area on the Front panel in my application?

I am using LabVIEW 8.6.

One solution could be to limit the origin of the pane if a certain limit has reached:
