Front Panel Minimize/Maximize

Does anybody know how to minimize and maximize a front
panel (obviously)in runtime?

go to http://gtoolbox.topcool.net/ and download the lvutil32plus vi's, there
are some that allow you to manipulate windows. the national instrument developer
zone site also has alot of examples.
