I am working in a sensor failure detection module using PCA. i have implemented this using the simple VIs and i am getting proper output but my programme is very complex ,later i came to know about the PCA VI i tried using it but i am getting different result ehen i'm using the PCA VI. and i tried to understand the working procedure of the PCA VI and i found its same as what i used in my code, but i am getting different result.
Kindly help me in understanding the PCA VI. i have gone through the help contents, but that is not giving a clear idea.
