FlexRIO Controller Support for LabVIEW NXG

Hi

I would like to know whether NI-7935 is supported in LabVIEW NXG. I have tried to add the target in the System Designer but i couldn't find it in the devices listed. I have retried the same by installing Communications System Design Suite but couldn't find it either.

Can you please let me know whether this device is supported in LabVIEW NXG? If yes, could you please let me know the drivers to install.

Thanks and Regards

Suneel

Hi

Thanks for your quick reply.

But my question is that NI-7935 is a Controller for FlexRIO which has Linux RT running in it. Basically it acts as a RT Target. I'm able to add PXI RT controllers to the System Designer but not this one. So, i have a doubt, whether i have install any additional drivers for this device or it is not supported as of now.

Thanks and Regards

Suneel

I understand your concern.  Can you add other FlexRIO cards?

The FlexRIO 18.7 driver does not support NXG: https://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/374872r.html#ades

7935 is not shown here: http://www.ni.com/en-us/shop/electronic-test-instrumentation/add-ons-for-electronic-test-and-instrumentation/what-is-labview-fpga-module/compare-labview-fpga-module.html

In short it does not look like the 7935 can run in LabVIEW NXG 3.1.
