Find newsgroup via internet

Hi,

I'm a frequent user of this newsgroup but I'd like to approach this
newsgroup via the internet. Is that possible?
I'm using MS Outlook express at home but that's not made available to the
users at my work. Internet on the other hand is.

Just a note about Google. I don't know if it's a setting I'm missing, but I can never see any of the attachments nor have I figured out a way to attach a file to a post. When trying to figure something out with such a visual language such as LabVIEW, being able to attach a VI is invaluable. I'd stick with NI's front end for this and their excellent search capabilities.
