I am trying to get rid of the "Custom Pattern (*.whatever)" text from the
file dialog box and replace it with my own text like "Compatible File Formats"
or something of that ilk. I can add to the list and have a pull down, but
I cannot eliminate the initial "Custom Pattern (*.whatever)".
