Figuring out caption issue (VI inside)

Hi Guys,

I'm having an issue with captions not being set on my controls the way I want. Every time I run the program it defaults to control name instead of the caption I set. Can someone take a look at my VI? 

Should be very simple. Thanks in advance!

You have an obvious race condition between a local variable, a value property node, and an uninitialzed shift register. After pressing "cleanup diagram", you need to change the wire at the pixel coordinate [4582, 6792] from vertical to horizontal.

Thank you! Kudos. BTW diagram clean up made things a bit messier, I had everything organized in a much more logical way before.
