See attched VI, I've saved it with data because the problem doesn't occur with every aquisition.
I've been using this subroutine (different name!), for a long time but just started to get an error today. The Threshold Peak Detector (Not in Base Package), is returning a false vallet edge at array element 3 (note that the value is nearly the same as the Peak Indices #3 element. I can clearly observe the wave form and note that there is no peak transition on the inverted data set, but for some reason the Threshold Peak Detector (Not in Base Package) is grabbing the same transition as for the non-inverted data set.
I can't figure out why. Anybody want to help?
