Failed to load shared libaray nilvaiu.dll

Please can anyone help with this error

Even after completly reinstalled the software in SBRIO 9642.  I am not able to get rid of this error.  please help me..

Is nilvaiu.out in the RT system directory?

Dear Sir

I am attaching the screen shot of the project explorer.  nilvaiu.dll file is present in the dependencies of the RT target.  

This what you asked right?

Sorry Sir  I think I wasted your precious time a lot.  I should have the question the other way around. Whether can we access FPGA I/o channels directly in RT? This is what i was trying.

I got the answer.  For accessing the Analog input channels in SBRIO we have to configure AI in FPGA VI and then the data is to read in the RT.  This time it loaded correctly Sir.
