Failed Executable Build

I have a program that makes web services calls using a .dll.  I used .NET assemblies and stand-alone constructor .VI's.  When I try and complie my executable, I get error 1003 when the process gets to the first .VI that uses the constructor's reference.  The .VI is said to be unexecutable and the build is terminated.  Is there a specific method or process that I need to follow to allow this build to complete?  Could there be a setting within the sub .VI's that could fix this issue?  Thanks

I would definitely look at our knowledge bases online here. There are a lot of things you can cause an error 1003 so I would look through the documents and try to figure out which knowledge base most resembles your application. Let us know if none of those help or if you need any help with a particular one. Thanks
