FPGA same programed with LabVIEW or Verilog

I am new to FPGA. If I write code using LabVIEW and download it to a FPGA and then write the same code in Verilog and download it to an identical FPGA, are these two FPGAs identical, not just functionally equivalent, but identical?

They may be functionally equivalent but definately not identical.
