FPGA liscense question.

Hi,

Dose a customer need to purchase one FPGA Module liscense per test station if they have compiled bitfiles?

We have developed FPGA Code modules on a development level test system.  This system will be dulpicated.  TestStand will call LV code modules (VIs not exe's) which inturn call FPGA bitfiles.  Is an additional FPGA liscence needed?

Hi Albert,

You shouldn't need additional liscense of LV FPGA if your using Compiled Bitstreams with your LV Applications.  You will however, need to install NI-RIO to your machines that have FPGA cards, which of course is a free download :-).
