Hello,
I am a newbie with fpga and real time things in LV 8.2. I'm using cRIO with
4 channel strain gauge module (e.g.). Is there some way to use virtual
channels or tasks to calibrate the gauges in main program after converting
the binary readings to the main program?

Hello,

I guess you are using a 9237 module and a good way getting started is to look at the shipping example. If you open up NI Example Finder>Hardware Input and Output>CompactRIO>Module Specific>NI 9237 Getting Started.lvproj you will find an example that shows how calibration is performed by reading the LSB Weight and Offset and then on the RT side of things these values are used when converting from binary to strain.
